Tax season is here on Ravnica, and the Orzhov Syndiate has sent Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts to collect your Debt to the Deathless . No, no, no! Put away that money! We aren't here for that, we are here for your blood and your dead. Those you thought were once your allies have committed a Grave Betrayal to join their true master in Blind Obedience (we may or may not have bribed them). And I must say, you sure do have Exquisite Blood , the perfect kind to Exsanguinate . However, I must warn you. If you refuse to cooperate we will have to issue you One Thousand Lashes or a Merciless Eviction . We hate to put you in a Painful Quandary like this, but if you cooperate you can become a great asset to the Orzhov Syndicate.

Basically is an Orzhov Lifegain-Control with some graveyard shenanigans thrown if for good measure. Basically you just want to keep things from getting too out of hand while you drain people of their life. And if you can pull it off cards like Debt to the Deathless and Exsanguinate can end the game.
