It's a Vampire deck. Standard feels like it's in a poor place. However I've always wanted to see Vampires competitive and next set they lose the majority of good cards. The aim is to effectively use Vampires and Madness plus cards like Hazoret's Monument to keep getting gas but also play more per turn. Effectively the cards in this deck are either Discard Outlets, Madness enabling, or Removal.
