A mono blue deck, with a simple plan; play relatively cheap illusions and be able to bounce anything out of the way or bounce the Lord of Unreal back in case of hostility towards it -- great for wasting other instants and keeping creatures in play. Ideally using phantasmal image on Lord of Unreal to have an unstoppable force.
