Here is a strategy I found at mtggoldfish.com and I have created a version of this deck that I need help with to make competitive. I'm still trying to make it budget.

In the deck, you are trying to get out the colossus as quick as possible using artifacts. You have 4 types of cards: Win Cons, Control, Ramp, and Tutors.
