Blue Red storm standard (Standard MTG Deck)

The goal of this deck is to use Harness the Storm to allow you to caste low costing instant or sorcery cards from your graveyard. In the early game, get out combo pieces such as Stormchaser Mage and Curious Homunculus , and start going through your low-cost spell. Put down a Dynavolt Tower so that when you start playing more instants and sorceries, you can shoot down enemy creatures, and shoot your opponent if necessary. Once your Stormchaser Mage s are big enough, swing in the air and take out your opponent. Should the game go on to long, get out Docent of Perfection , who makes wizards, and your Stormchasers bigger. Please comment any suggestions you have to make the deck even stronger and more stormy.
