This deck is Blue-White. It is a work in progress deck. The reason I made this: My friend is a pretty experienced MTG player. I've only been playing for several months now. My friend has a jag deck where he forces you to discard cards from your library. I need some recommendations. Please do not list overpriced cards that I cannot afford like Dragonlord Ojutai. I cannot afford that kind of deck. If you recommend a card that I believe is logical and state your reasoning, I will include it in the sideboard!
