it is not completed (as you can see) i still need to add in a couple cards on my own but what i'm asking is you to help me make this a perfect 2 cast control deck and it doesn't have to be tournament legal (but it would be nice to have some standard cards) this deck is meant to be played at home with my friend who has a 3 kill and his only weakness is if his plans get altered in anyway then he is useless. i need to be the one to make sure he can do want ever he needs to do. and three casting cost are good but i'm looking for one or two, and i'm trying to get this down to white blue.thanks for helping in advance!

    Hey guys thanks to all the help ive been getting the last couple of days my 4 color control is now a blue white total control and i dont think i need any other cards but if you feel very strongly about a certtain card that i need to put in, feel free to tell me about it.
