The idea for this deck is to make a strong devotion and scrying to win with Master of Waves. It usually won't have any guaranteed win without Master of Waves, but in that case you're sure to have a Shorecrasher Elemental and a Thassa, God of the Sea, so you're all good! There is also a variety of combos with Pili-Pala+Grand Architect.
