Trying the old mono-blue list with a twist of adding food for Mindreaver basically the same creature base, few more spells to trigger Mindreaver as often as possible. Hidden Strings your one-drop, untap lands, play Mindreaver, swing with cipher, profit. MB Domestication can hit Mindreaver late as well, turning on Thassa while giving you another trigger. Retraction Helix on your Mutavault can hit a Mistcutter, or any other annoying protection critter (that dumb mono-white Gods Willing voltron nonsense).

Any comments welcome, this is my initial attempt at breaking Mindreaver into mono-blue over the lame duck Tidebinder Mage.
