Everybody loves Bob

Basically, we want to chuck out the Mindcrank/Bloodchief Ascension combo out asap. This is almost a direct port from my Standard deck, but Bob is going in, with the obvious addition of Sensei's Toppy top and Umezawa's beatshtick of win. I'll be tweaking this into a more suicide black kind of vibe maybe, but for now I'm just looking for some comments and suggestions.

Basically, Bob nets you some card advantage and swings in for that early counter on the Ascension, Jitte is there for it's sheer versatility and the top is to maybe fiddle Bob's draws and get some better quality draws as well. Volt Charge activates an Ascension if it has a counter on it. Some burn to eliminate creatures and get those counters. Removal to pop off early beaters till you get the combo out. The tutors fetch the combo. The creatures are all good for getting the 2 damage through quickly.

This is my first attempt at a vaguely competitive Vintage deck of my own, be gentle pleeez?
