Main ideas of this Deck so far:

Vexing Devil + Orzhov Charm

Spark Elemental + Orzhov Charm

Spark Elemental + Tymaret, the Murder King + Orzhov Charm

Spark Elemental + Gnawing Zombie + Orzhov Charm

Gravecrawler is always a nice sacrifice.

Sultai Emissary is a nice blocker/sacrifice/attacker(your oppponent wil let 1 damage pass instead of letting you get a 2/2).

Ghoulcaller's Chant keeps you with creatures (specially sacrified zombies like Sultai Emissary and it's always a good idea to get that Vexing Devil back to see your opponents face).

Boros Charm and Lightning Bolt will usually be used to finalize your opponents.

Orzhov Charm will be really usefull to remove your opponents' strategy creature.

Those lands are expensive, i know, but i don't have a better idea. This is supossed to be a fast deck, and without the right lands you will sure lose before you start burning your opponent. I was thinking about Nomad Outpost. It always enters tapped, but it can generate any mana that you might need.
