Sneak attack value:

Cheaper combo, without casting things so blue mages can cry while holding their counter spells

by the nature of Feather, the Redeemed none of those spells are exactly blank cards since you can you them repeatedly to abuse ETB triggers of other creatures and still still get them returned!
