W/U Flash Pauper deck.

Put together for an upcoming tourney. Idea is to get repeated value out of guys. Using Whitemane Lion and Deputy of Acquittals to save creatures from combat, or removal while getting extra value out of Cloud of Faeries and Ninja of the Deep Hours.

Most things either have flash or are otherwise instant speed so one can spend most of the game being played on the opponents turn.
