One of the best White/Blue Control Commanders I've ever seen, Brago will smack your opponent, exile anything you control and then bounce it back,which makes him the King of Hit and Run. Things like Spine of Ish Sah, Faith's Fetters, and Teferi's Moat make it almost impossible for you to not control the game, as you can block and stop certain people from doing anything obnoxious.

Anything that locks up your opponents creatures is also great, things like Grasp of Fate, Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere and other things make it great for literally playing Prison Warden.

If you're tapped out of mana, you can just hit something with Brago, and bounce land resets like Peregrine Drake and others are great for this kind of deck, as once you untap them, you can use more ammo to stop your opponents from their dumb shenanigans.
