WINCON 1:
Keep sacrificing and casting your Gravecrawler to gain life with Aetherflux Reservoir and Prism Ring.
Then use Aetherflux Reservoir ability to KO your opponent.
Gravecrawler + Carrion Feeder + Aetherflux Reservoir + Prism Ring

WINCON 2:
Keep sacrificing and casting your Gravecrawler to buff your Carrion Feeder that has a Dying Wish or maybe two.
Sacrifice your Carrion Feeder to gain life and deal damage (This also helps getting to 51 life faster for Aetherflux Reservoir).
If your opponent tries to Path to Exile your Carrion Feeder, do not worry. Just sacrifice it and get the life and deal the damage! It's instant speed baby!
You can get it back with Unearth in no time!

HOW TO GET THE CARDS YOU NEED TO WIN:
Gravecrawler:
Try to start of with it in your hand or a Mausoleum Secrets. Most other creatures can sacrifice themselves to get the undergrowth requirement on Mausoleum Secrets to tutor Gravecrawler.

Carrion Feeder (MH1):
You can either tutor it with Mausoleum Secrets or use Nantuko Husk instead.

The rest you just have to draw but there are 12 life gain cards and the deck contains Village Rites, so it should not be a problem at all to stall.
