Wheel and cycling your opponents out of the sky with Brallin and Shabraz!

A very notable include that I haven't seen in a lot of lists with these Commanders is Library of Leng. It's a superb card in the deck because it provides card selection with any of your wheels, along with no maximum hand size, protection against decking yourself, and letting you continue to cycle a card as long as you have the mana to do so.

Another notable include is Fluctator. It can essentially pay for itself after the first card that you cycle, and it can really add up to a lot of cycles if you have enough cards in your deck that only use generic mana to cycle.

While the main point of the deck is just to cycle and wheel enough to kill all of your opponents, the two cards I previously mentioned combo with Brallin and any card that cycles for 2 generic mana or less. Twenty cards in the deck fulfill that requirement (twenty-one if you include Vizier of Tumbling Sands if you untap a blue source every time you cycle it)
