A blue black library mill and reanimating deck searching for an Eldrazi. The deck has two directions it goes in for getting them onto the field. The first is straight reanimation cheeze: use Buried Alive or, if you've drawn one of them early, Unburden to send one of the It That Betrays to the graveyard and then summon it back with Life/Death or Exhume. The other path is where blue comes in (and why there are so few creatures in the library). You get some black zombies tokens onto the field and scry/draw until you get a Polymorph. Polymorph one of the zombies and then draw cards until either It That Betrays or Emrakul shows up.

The catch is, of course, if somehow Emrakul ends up in the graveyard you start all over. But that can be a strategic advantage in the right circumstances.
