Sideboard

This is a great way to play Orzhov without shelling out too hard. Some of the budgetary things are also based on what I already own, so it might not be the best budget for everyone. I'll try to keep the budget as low as can allow for the 100 dollar challenge. I think with these cards it is more than do-able.

We swap out our Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet for a couple Erebos's Titan for budget reasons. It's still fairly strong, especially as a 5/5 indestructible for 4. It has a great chance to be unkillable when we pack so much removal for our opponent's creatures. We can even hold up removal to blank their removal by giving our creature indestructible in response, killing their only creature. As backup, we can run a couple of planeswalkers that aren't too bad cost wise. Ob Nixilis Reignited and Sorin, Grim Nemesis both can work as they aren't too expensive if you know where to buy. Our top end can be rounded out by a couple Linvala, the Preserver for good measure because she is just so much value. It sucks for the smaller decks that try to race or kill us to now have to fight through a 5/5 and a 3/3 (both flying) and a 5 life gain in one neat 6 mana package. It is pretty easy to manipulate turns where you can sweep, let them stabilize a little, and then drop Linvala and squash the creature deck's hopes.

The deck is hard to build cheap, because things like Shambling Vent, Declaration in Stone, Secure the Wastes, Languish, etc. are essentially necessary for the deck. The deck even plays uncommons that are valuable. It will be interesting to see what our final number ends up being.
