It's not meant to be expensive, but cheap and efficient. Completely casual although i've seen it hold it's own. Simply like all blue decks, know when to counter some big baddy, and keep your for sure damage higher than theirs. Trade offs in your favor will always win you the game.

Yes I know that we could drop say an [aetherling] or the monstrous octopus in here for another big creature. Or even the wave caller for elemetals. But, i'm trying to keep in mind the budget. Keep it under 50 and usable for friendly use even if say they use their big deck. It switches things up
