This is a budget bogles list that a buddy of mine put together. It costs around 50 dollars to put together in this specific form, and there are many concessions that have been made to keep the price low that can be upgraded depending on your collection.

One of the most obvious ones is probably the lands. If you have shock lands, feel free to use them. They're usually better than the painlands in the long run.

This is only a starting point for the deck, tune it as you see fit. It's not the most refined of products, to be perfectly honest.

If you're looking to build an actual bogles deck, I would say invest in Temple Gardens if nothing else to start out as far as lands go, and then the next card you will want for sure is Daybreak Coronet. This deck is running Unflinching Courage , Spectral Flight, and Invisible Stalker all just to begin to compensate for all the awesome things Daybreak Coronet does for this deck. Once you get the Coronets, you can remove the blue splash altogether and have a more consistent mana base.
