Heya folks! Friend of mine said he was building a apporox 30$ budget decklist so I thought I'd join in on the fun, this time with something slightly different. Hope you enjoy!

Update: so here's the list with the cards I had. Didn't buy anything but the commander and just used bulk and some cards that I had, didn't think I'd go over budget by this much. I'll have to trim it down later, but for now this'll do.
