A deck that is designed to be in the $300-$400 range, hopefully on the lower end. Trying to not have as many infinite combos in this deck as possible, because curiosity, ophidian eye, and mind over matter are pretty cheap ways to win IMO unless you're playing in a tourney. They will be in the sideboard.

Any advice/feedback is appreciated. I'll go into a brief summary of some of the combos in the deck.

Omniscience + Mindmoil or Arjun: This combo lets you play your entire deck almost, watering it down to mostly lands. Since this combo itself doesn't let you draw more cards than you play, you will have to get slightly lucky with draw like wheel, divination, etc, but it should be easy enough to draw into it

Venser's journal: Too many times has this combo worked beautifully with a draw steroid like consecrated sphinx or archive. You gain SO much life, and it comes out of nowhere. I've ended games with 200+ life as a UR deck, which is insane.

Enter the infinite + Laboratory maniac + brainstorm (or any draw card): Pretty self explanatory. You win the game that turn. You don't even need to have Niv-mizzet on the field for this one.

Elixir of Immortality or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth: These ones aren't combo pieces, but they help reuse your graveyard in case you are going up against an Oloro or some healthy enemies and need more cards in your library. Just important to have

I am not a good combo player (But I'd always like to learn) and am trying to add more combo pieces into the deck without making it storm or inifnite. I've been playing EDH for a little less than three years now, and I still struggle with deckbuilding, so help is always welcome.
