Great way to get into commander with one of the most powerful Commander's available in UG / Simic colors - Edric, Spymaster of Trest. Edric is a Tier 1.5 commander that allows players to get into commander with a budget deck that can grow with the player as they learn and get to know Commander!

Edric allows for quick ramping and encourages a political play with the cards in this deck to dissuade people from attacking you. This way, you can be all spy like and continue to build up a board state until you hit one of your pump cards to wipe the board clean with mass tokens and creatures.

I will post stuff in the maybeboard for potential upgrades to push this above $100 and past "budget".
