This is a brew I made for a friend on a small budget.

Peregrin drake + deadyeye navigator = infinite mana

Niv-mizzet firemind + laboratory maniac + curiosity or tandem lookout = draw your deck and win plus burn damage

Niv-mizzet + grafted exoSkelton + a healthy mix of draw spells = infect kill

Paradox engine will keep our creatures untapping so we can use there abilities a lot in each turn.

We have a few ways to get our instants and sorcery cards back to keep the draw engine going.

We use things like the locust god to get loads of chump blockers so we don't need to worry about tapping our other creatures for there abilities. Sphinxes tutelage can just mill people out if we get it early on. Garland will also give us blockers and defence against aggro decks.

Monetary siege will offer us added protection.

Elixir of immortality can help us if our main draw ourselves out with Labman out combo goes wrong.

Other than that it's just a tone of removal and counter spells for protection, an obscene amount of draw spells with a splash of copy spells to help the cause.
