Hello Welcome to my mini Primer on a more budgeted version of the Razaketh/ Hulk reanimator, better known at the moment of writing this as Flashkats.

Flashkats as mentioned above is the merger of the Flash/Hulk package, into Shapersavant's Razakats deck. The goal of the deck is much the same as Razakats, the difference is the outs presented. The most notable of these is the use of Flash + Protean Hulk to end the game. This is accomplished by assembling Karmic Guide and Viscera Seer on the first Hulk trigger, then grabbing Fiend Hunter and Blood artist on the second. So why this combination? This is almost entirely because of slot efficiency this way we have the least amount of dead cards in the list. For those who do not see the loop, it is between fiend hunter, and karmic guide, and killing the hunter with viscera seer.

Next are the infinite mana combos as our ways to draw our deck with Thrasios. The first of which is the modern staple of Vizier of Remedies and Devoted Druid. The main issue with this combo is the fact that it creates infinite green mana. This is remedied by the fact we can use Noxious Revival and Memory's Journey to create a Timetwister esc loop. By using this loop so long as we have two blue sources we can net even, and if lotus petal is in the pile we can filter into all of our colors. The second of these infinite mana loops is through the use of bomberman combo, with is achieved through Auriok Salvagers and Lion's Eye Diamond. This loop allows us to make infinite white mana which can then be filtered however is needed.

So now that we have all this mana and our decks in our hands, what now? Well there are two ways to win from here- one can either use the loops mentioned to now loop swan song and some other spell, thus creating infinite swans. The other is looping eternal witness with winds of rebuke. Or looping Rapid Hybridization with a Blood Artist in play.

The final infinite loop in the deck require Leonin Relic-Warder. Relic-Warder allows us to create an infinite dies loop with animate dead or necromancy. With Blood Artist in play we can drain all of our opponents.

So that is how we win the game, but how do we get there. Often the deck will not go for an early Hulk-line or anything of the sort unless there is protection in hand. The more likely choice is to go for Jin-Gitaxias and draw seven and hope our opponents can't deal with it. The other is to assemble what we need using Razaketh. With Razaketh on board we can assemble cat-combo and get as many tutors as we have life.

While not as in depth as I would like I hope this has been an insightful guide into the world of what I believe to be one of the strongest cEDH decks, even on a budget.
