Panharmonicon + Inalla, Archmage Ritualist + any wizard = six ETB triggers!
Ashnod's Altar + Bloodline Necromancer
+ eminence = Infinite hasted tokens to attack or drain with Inalla's ability. You sac the Necromancer to an Altar in response to the Eminence trigger, use 1 mana to create a token, use the token's trigger to get back the Necromancer, repeat. This also generates infinite colorless mana.
Curiosity (or ophidian eye or tandem lookout) +
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind
= Draw card > deal damage > Draw card > deal damage. Repeat. You can stop the combo by dealing 1 damage to a creature or yourself.
Rite of Replication + Dualcaster Mage = Infinite Mages. Target something else with Rite, copy it with with the Mage, then you copy the Mage, which copies the Rite, etc. You can wait to attack the following turn, or if you've got Inalla, Archmage Ritualist on board, you can use her drain ability to win.
Ghostly Flicker+Dualcaster Mage, and Inalla, Archmage Ritualist in the command zone or on the battlefield.
You or another player casts Ghostly Flicker. Targets don't really matter right now.
Inalla player casts Dualcaster Mage.
Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield and triggers both itself and Inalla. stack it so that Dualcaster's trigger resolves first. Ghostly Flicker gets copied, targeting two lands. This resolves, flickering the lands. The Inalla trigger then resolves, copying Dualcaster Mage.
The token copy of Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield and triggers. This will copy Ghostly Flicker. The copy of Ghostly Flicker will target the original Dualcaster Mage and a land. The copy of Ghostly Flicker resolves and Dualcaster enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Inalla, forming a loop.
If we tap the lands for mana when they flicker back in, we net mana with every iteration of the combo.
It's also worth noting that just Dualcaster Mage and Ghostly Flicker will get infinite mana. You copy Ghostly Flicker and have the copy flicker Dualcaster and a land. This is the boring way.
Or
Cast Ghostly Flicker targetting whatever, cast dualcaster while flicker is on the stack, then target the original dualcaster and a land with the copy of flicker. This gets you infinite mana at instant speed, but adding Inalla's triggers you can use that mana to create infinite Dualcasters and even more flickers. Attack with infinite dualcasters or cast inalla and use her tap 5 wizards ability to win at instant speed.

Mistbind clique + ashnod's altar - Cast Mistbind Clique during player B's turn and resolve.Stack champion trigger and Inalla trigger in order to resolve Inalla trigger first. Pay 1 to get the token.Exile the original Mistbind with the token.End of turn, exile the token, returning the original Mistbind in play. Pay 1 with Inalla, make a token and re-exile the original Mistbind.As the beginning of the end step is already passed, the token will be exiled at the next end step, i.e C's turn end step.with a sac outlet like ashnod's Altar, you can permanently lock all lands from opponents.
