Most fun I've had yet playing modern, classic theme and play style. Almost all the cost comes from lands, tried to cut down what I could while still being reliable and fast. Cut fetches for more pain lands and shocks for temples or check lands. That'll bring budget down.

Upgrading from here is basically all in the land base.
