Hey guys, I am new to this game and started the day before Theros game day started... so last Friday. Currently made a deck with a deckbuilders toolkit that i bought for under 15$ and an intro deck and these were the best cards i had for blue(in my opinion).

I made my first deck and looking for constructive criticism. I wanted to stick to blue because its my favorite of the 5 colors in Magic. Blue also seems to be about a lot of control and messing with the other person's cards. I am looking for cheap cards to make the deck better and suggestions please!

All I have experience playing is burn red decks and aggro red and aggro green decks. So all i have to wait out is 4-5 turns and i can usually win~ I had a mill deck but my cards weren't as good and i never could win vs a aggro deck my brother / cousin has. ( brother has a aggro red and a burn red deck and cousin has a green aggro deck)
