Cheap standard deck (Wanted to get into standard, but I can afford neither Defender ramp (Freakin' Caryatids at 7 bucks . . . . ) nor Dimir Control, both of which I want to play a lot). This is a slow pokey-pokey deck that wins by slowly reducing them to 0. It's bad, I know it's bad, but it's here. Suggestions are nice BUT KEEP IT CHEAP!!

Thanks to the extensive help that can be found below, the deck has been revamped. It's still budget, and by no means really good, but it will hopefully do its job for the money put into it :P The one Debt to the Deathless is solely because I've often found myself in want of an X spell on like turn 8 with around 16 available mana (thanks to Crypt Ghast).
