Budget Red-Green Burn

Modern Aggro Burn

Sideboard

This deck started with SaffronOlive's Mono-Red Burn, which can be found here: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-magic-67-13-tix-modern-mono-red-burn

I took the deck to a few events and found I never did quite as well as Seth, so I started asking other players to see what they would add. After a few months the deck started to take form, and now you see a semi-budget red/green burn.

I'm hoping to eventually get closer to Naya Burn, but seeing as there are very few Red/White lands that aren't taplands and are relatively cheap, it might be a while.

I chose Copperline Forge over Cinder Glade because I found that I rarely had more than 3 lands in a game. So unless you top deck into a Cinder Glade, it will likely be tapped. Topdecking lands usually ends poorly for you regardless, so a tapped Copperline Forge on turn 7 isn't very important.

Bedlam Reveler is an interesting card that I'm testing out as a refuel card. The idea is that you can cast him on turn 5 or 6 for only 2 or 3 mana, and fill your hand in the process. I'm still undecided on him.
