With Hardened Scales rotating out soon, I decided to throw together a deck that utilizes it with the cards that I own.

Pros:

1. It is under $30 without the sideboard. It used to be less, but it seems as if some of the cards have gone up in price since the first time I bought them.

2. It plays rather aggressive. It can produce explosive numbers of +1/+1 counters in just a couple of turns if you get the right hands.

Cons:

1. Some of the staples of the average Hardened Scales deck are too expensive to fit in this budget deck.

2. Some of the cards only have 1 copy as I did not posses more than that. You can replace the 1x cards with whatever has 3x and it will be fine.
