Working on a budget of like 80 + cards I already have. I'm keeping an eye towards buying cards that will be usable in other (better?) decks in the future. With that in mind, I want this deck to as competitive as possible and any suggestions or criticisms would be much appreciated.

The general idea is to use all the tutors to get an early Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki combo and kill everyone with an infinite tide of exarchs or conscripts. If that doesn't work or if our hand isn't perfect for that combo, we can also make a Sire of Insanity or Jin-Gitaxias, force everyone to discard their hands, and work from there. If you can't go off for whatever reason, we're also well equipped to play a control game with lots of cheap card selection and interaction. Kess rounds out the late game plan as a way to recast card draw, tutors or removal, and to find ways to eek out wins even when everything else has gone wrong.
