This is a relative budjet build for the card:locust God, so you will not see any card:consecrated sphynx, plus some cards I've already had from the past. It's not meant to be competitive neither a 110% casual but just a deck to have fun with in a small playgroup.

Into this deck I set up 3 possible win conditions, depending on the deck you're playing against:

1- Aggro. Just draw-swarm throw some wheels and pump with Gravitational Shift, Shared Animosity, with an always funny overloaded Teleportal.

2- control/direct damage. We assume we cannot attack for some reason or we must just stop some threatening creature Opposition, Shivan Harvest, Goblin Bombardment, Kyren Negotiations, Psychosis Crawler, Throne of the God-Pharaoh, Impact Tremors, and our beloved Purphoros, God of the Forge. In most of the cases we draw to create locust that will be used as cannon-fodder.

3- Win by MILL. Yes. Here we can use two very understimated cards which are Sphinx's Tutelage and Altar of the Brood. The Altar is sick in this deck because everytime you draw, every enemy will mill the same. Make a Wheel of 7? they also mill 7 [and you have the locust BTW]. Altar of the Brood and Fascination act the same, just make everyone draw (I suggest enough to force a discard) so that they also mill for the same amount. If you sac your locusts to an Ashnod's Altar, you can draw-kill someone with a Stroke of Genius or the like.What about killing one opponent with 10 locusts pumped by Shared Animosity and then sac to Altar of Dementia to insta-mill another opponent? LOL.
