This deck is designed for burning on a small budget. Just sit back and wait for the triggers from Guttersnipe + Lifelink , gain some life and kill some creatures and you can also finish with Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest on double strike. Talrand, Sky Summoner and Young Pyromancer will distribute enough blockers to keep you safe. To make the deck acctully good you can add Chandra Ablaze, Pyromancer Ascension, Lightning Bolt or some good lands(Shivan Meteor is good as a big creature removal, when you have one or two pieces of goblin elektromancer).
