I know the obvious addition to this deck would be Exquisite Blood, but I think I might get punched for running the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo. Plus, Exquisite Blood is a tad expensive.

Anywho, I played this for the first time last night and it went pretty well. Extort from Tithe Drinker ended up being much more useful then I expected, and my Bloodbond Vampires got pretty strong as a result. That and Gray Merchant of Asphodel sealed the deal.

I'm considering adding Ajani's Pridemate to go along with the Bloodbond Vampires, but I'm not sure I want to add more white to the deck.
