Idea is to ping multiple times using cantrips to untap our "pingers".

Snake Umbra + Thermo-Alchemist or Firebrand Archer + Snake Umbra is the combo piece that allows our pingers to draw us cards, which in turn allows us to play spells to let them deal damage again, potentially closing out the game in one turn. Kinda like storming off.

Other Mainboard Cards Show

• Commune with the Gods finds us our combo pieces.

• Expedite can be nice to start the combo a turn earlier. With it in hand you might even wait to be able to play protection spells as well.

• Faithless Looting not only a must-have for finding the correct cards, but also good against flooding out in the combo.

• Manamorphose for mana filtering and for the card draw, Rite of Flame and Pyretic Ritual so you can actually cast the stuff you draw or for a bit of tempo.

• Gitaxian Probe fuels the "storm" and to see if the coat is clear for jamming the enchantment

• Lightning Bolt because it's just too good.

Sideboard Cards Show

- Ancient Grudge against artifacts, nice because it can untap stuff twice

• Electrickery to combat some go-wide strategies

• Vines of Vastwood for combo protection and suprise combat tricks

• Pyroblast to hose blue control, not sure how many I want yet

• Additional Commune with the Gods and Expedite because I don't yet know how this deck plays

Thermo-Alchemist can untap from 30 maindeck cards. 15 cards are cantrips, so it should work as reliable as possible. Firebrand Archer also fires off at 34 spells. (Now obsolete Cinder Pyromancer could have 32 cards in the maindeck that can untap him (his 3 other copys included))

Be warned though that the combo still fizzeles if you draw badly off Snake Umbra, like only lands or only spells that cost mana.

You could probably make this work R/U with Ophidian Eye . UPDATE: With the newly downshifted Tandem Lookout blue might actually be the better option.

UPDATE: Good news everyone! The deck just got a lot better with the new Firebrand Archer who smoothed out the manacurve and can actually attack for relevant damage. He just straight up replaces Cinder Pyromancer .
