I took this idea from one of the gatherer comments for the card Gitaxian Probe where it was pointed out that it's possible to make a 60 card deck, with 16 islands, where every single card is either a 0 or 1 CMC cantrip and no win condition. I decided to see if I could add in a win condition in the form of Jace's Erasure, which turns each cantrip you play into a mill, and Psychic Spiral, which can result in some pretty large mills when you're cycling through your deck several cards a turn. I've only played 3 games with it so far, managed to win one of them (2 erasures early game), with one blowout loss and one loss with only 6 cards left to mill for victory. I'm sure it can be improved, but I do like sticking as closely as possible to the cantrip only joke idea.
