First try at a cap deck. Somewhere between a 7-8, could be stronger with other combos. Only really going for the infinite turn combo so far.

Maybes:

Jhoria, card draw would be nice but didn't fit it in this time. More counterspells could easily be added as needed. Potentially more targeted destruction, not sure if there is enough yet. Kusari-Gama sounds nice in theory to be included, but I'm not sure how necessary it is.

WINCONS:

Sunforger searches the instant you dont have to start combo. Mystical tutor can always give you one of them, and with the equipment searching throughout the deck you should always have sunforger.

Angel's Grace + Chance for Glory + Soldevi gives infinite turns to win. Transplant Theorist can work instead of soldevi for graveyard recurring the instants, whichever one you happen to have or search out.

Mistveil Plains and Sword of Feast and Famine can be used in place of Soldevi/Transplant Theorist if you happen to get the land.
