Attempting to put together a decent edh deck using Captain Sisay 's ability to pull out useful legends as I need them, while keeping a somewhat decent budget.

Sideboard is currently holding cards that I think might be useful, but am not sure of, and maybe board is mostly holding cards I'd really like but might not be will to pay for. True, most of them are fairly cheap on their own, but they add up.
