My take on a casual W/B life-gain life-loss.

Strategy of the deck revolves around draining opponent's life while adding onto your own.

Triggers: Drana's Emissary and Kalastria Healer quickly fuel benefits on Bloodbond Vampire , Defiant Bloodlord, Cliffhaven Vampire, and Serene Steward along with slowly draining the opponent's life.

Defiant Bloodlord and Vizkopa Guildmage allow additional draining later on.

As you gain life, Karlov of the Ghost Council, Serene Steward and Bloodbond Vampire all gain additional +1/+1 counters, allowing for aggressive play if necessary.

For non-creature draining, Retreat to Hagra and Feast of Blood work wonderfully.

Our infinte combo, if a game lasts longer than intended, is Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. After triggered by something like Drana's Emissary, you will gain infinite life and the opponent will lose all of their own.
