I really wanted to try the Outlast mechanic, but at sorcery speed, it seemed clunky and difficult to manage. So I took inspiration from some high-scoring B/G/W Junk tournament decks and used some of their mana curves and spell ratios to build something that still used Outlast (and +1/+1 counters) but was more functional. I did away with boring and overly-expensive standards like Siege Rhino and Courser of Kruphix in favor of Legacy and Casual card replacements.
