This is a Mono-White ({W}) deck reigned over by Arahbo, the First Fang and embodies my passions for Cats. It is originally apart of a collaborative effort alongside NoobNoob275 to create creature based decks.

Theme

Iconic Creature Archetypes

This deck is a part of a collaborative project involving NoobNoob275. My concept is a Mono-White ({W}) deck based around Cats, using the premiere commander, Arahbo, the First Fang. This deck will be an extension of my love for cats, and representative of a casually powered idea, with competitive capabilities. I don't intend to allow anyone to go stomping on the tails of my furry friends. Enjoy!

Construction

Initially I prioritized low-curve creatures and lord-type effects, but in reality what I got were token creators with things like Brimaz, King of Oreskos and anthem effects like Flowering of the White Tree. Some of the best cards are things like King of the Pride because it buffs the bodies you're already created by a considerable amount. You'll be able to wipe the table with little effort, because you'll also have some flyers. Enter, Skyhunter Prowler, which I think I replaced? Anyways, Skyknight Squire was a card recently spoiled while developing this list so it's going to be a super star, considering it's a 2 drop.

Otherwise, I tried to lean into using low-curve draw advantage in things like Chivalric Alliance and that is the one card that walks the line in terms of commitment to theme. White has access to plenty of spot removal, so I fill my deck with tons of bodies that create even more bodies (Leonin Warleader). Arahbo themselves creates tons of these little cuties, so I'm trying to capitalize without straying too far from the committed aspect of.. cats. So I stocked the list with perfect picks like Ajani's Pridemate. I would say include Loam Lion, only because of how often I personally come across Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth.
