Stepping back into MTG and Cats looks like a fun deck to me. Here's my take on it.
Its quite simple, Go wide, and go big ;-)

Going wide is mostly achieved by Anointed Procession along with various token generators.

• Adorned Pouncer keeps swinging until it dies to get eternalized.
• Regal Caracal creates tokens when entering the battlefield. Lifelink and +1/+1 is a nice benefit.
• Pride Sovereign Can extert himself to create tokens. Initiate's Companion could help with untapping.

As for going big well, with all those cats on the field Pride Sovereign becomes huge. And if Adorned Pouncer comes back its probably betweena 4/4 and 6/6 Doublestrike, perhaps higher. Build up and wide and just keep swinging your claws at your opponents until they tuck their tail and run.

Once you have a decent board you could finish the game by attacking with everything. Or perhaps Appeal / Authority to overrun your opponent
