A simple idea I suppose. Tap them to death.

Enchant their lands to do damage to your opponent when tapped... Then at the start of each of your opponent's turns tap their lands.

Soak up damage with your defenders.

Fog Bank on their Heavy Hitter. Wall of Tears to force them to spend whatever mana you don't tap on your own to damage them to be tapped recasting creatures [and to do damage to them]. Wall of Souls also makes them pay for attacking you.
