The easyest way to explain all the possible combo is to group the pieces by cathegory with similar effects or role together.

All the combos start when Ghave, Guru of Spores touch the battlefield. Usually you need a Mana Source and a Token or Counter Source to start. You can go also with and Undying creature instead of a Counter/Token source.
