The challenge is to find the worst commander and build around it. I took this challenge seriously.

You really want mycosynth lattice. there are ways to get it back. You want it back if it goes away.

edit: This is the next iteration of this crazy deck. play testing showed it didn't really work, but I don't know if this one does. The basic idea is a mono-red pillow fort. Seems odd to have damage doubling be a subtheme, but so long as I can avoid it, it works to my advantage. eventually I can instant speed remove anything.
