When I started Magic, I wanted to do imps and gargoyles, possibly as a mixed white/black deck. They're both terrible tribes, but I'm still fond of them, and wanted to put together some cheap decks using them.

This one is just a simple deck pinging for 1 life here and there. In theory it could add up to a lot every turn, I guess, but mostly it works because it's an imp ping deck. Imping. There's really very little reason other than that for why it's like this. Imps are annoying, and this is an annoying deck.

One thing of note is the lack of Vault Skirge, which is pretty good, as far as imps go. But skirges are kind of a sub-type of imp, and I didn't want to include any of them, even though by not doing so I probably weaken the deck considerably. Thematic choice.

I want to keep this deck cheap, but suggestions and criticism are always welcome.
