A somewhat budget eldrazitron deck. By going mostly mono-green we eliminate the need for nonsense like Grove of the Burnwillows, which keeps the price tag down. Since we still run ten potential sources of red mana, I think we can get away with Earthquake as a one-off.

Also, who needs Karn Liberated when you have eldrazi?

Game plan

This deck is all about assembling the tron pieces as quickly as possible, which can often be done on T3, then playing Conduit of Ruin to tutor for a T4 Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, which we will ride all the way to victory unless the opponent holds an answer.

Other pieces in our toolbox include:

• Kozilek, the Great Distortion allows us to fill up our hand and is a backup win con.
• World Breaker disrupts the enemy board by eating their lands. Also protection against fliers.
• Bane of Bala Ged is arguably the least exciting of our big threats, but crucially provides a T3 play if we lack green mana.
• Earthquake is our single out against aggro. Can also be played as a finisher. Hey, it's better than nothing.
• Warping Wail and Spatial Contortion provide cheap flexible removal and disruption. Warping Wail can also provide us with mana dorks at instant speed if we need the ramp.
