I've always wanted to make a speedy hard cast deck. I thought it was more fun to find ways to hard cast quickly, rather than "cheat" cards like Emrakul, the Aeons Torn into play since there are already so many ways to do that. This led to the decision to make the fastest hard cast deck I could.

The deck is fairly straight forward as it is a simple ramp, accelerate and hard cast strategy.

 

I, myself, almost never feel like a deck can TRULY be completed. I'm always on the lookout to alter my decks to improve them (within a reasonable price range or if I don't already own the card(s). Sadly no Black Lotus or any other power nine).

As of right now I'm fairly happy with what I have, I can hard cast almost anything as early as turn two or three (so long as I have the hand for it of course). This includes big nasty beasts such as Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger.
