Budget Stasis.
Just keep on trucking until you can reach the Trinity of Power.
You know the drill here, the only new face is Kamigawa's Orb of Dreams, who functions as lockdown central.
Stasis makes sure they never get another untap step and old resources become useless. Orb makes sure any new mana they play comes in tapped and unusable. Chronatog makes sure you never have another turn, just keep activating him once on every one of their turns.
"Why would you want to donate all your turns to them, though?"
Because if you never take another turn you'll never have to pay upkeep for Stasis. They will be the only ones drawing cards (Cards they cannot play) in perhaps the slowest but most inevitable mill deck ever.
Choice of cards:
Every card that isn't part of the combo is going to be used to look for it, and it has to be affordable. (I'm looking at you, Serum Visions.) This allows you to chain draw as your mana base builds up, meaning even if you don't have all the cards you need in hand, once you locate them you will likely be able to play all of them the following turn.
Most of the cards in the Sideboard are probably better than Foresee in this deck, and I highly recommend you shift in more of the counterspells over Foresee if you want to win a second game because it can be easily shut down once the opponent figures it out.
